I seem to have a specific issue creating relationship classes in ArcGIS Pro. I am able to create feature classes in my enterprise geodatabase connections without any problems. I do manage to create relationship classes in the same geodatabase connection, but when I try to open it, I get the Oracle error message ORA-04043 that the object does not exist.

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.2 and Oracle 19.3 with Enterprise Geodatabase version 10.9.1.2. My user have the following system privileges: CREATE SEQUENCE, CREATE TABLE, CREATE VIEW, CREATE SESSION, CREATE TRIGGER, CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW
