Editing features do not show change until exiting and restarting project

Using ARCGIS PRO 3.3

Enterprise server

Editing features works for a bit then stops showing edits until I exit project and reopen the project , then my lines are drawn and edits are shown until it dose it again. I put this on this community once before and some one tried really hard to help but I eventually gave up. Please Help!!!!!

This also happens to me frequently. When I close it askes about saving anythng that wasn't saved (layer, modelbuilder model, project itselft). When I open it again all is well (whew!).

Clicking the refresh button doesn't fix it, only restarting does.
