    <description>&lt;P&gt;When creating an OD Cost Matrix layer using GTFS, the lines in the matrices show the same result in the &lt;EM&gt;Total_PublicTransitTime&lt;/EM&gt; column, even after changing the number of stops, stop_times texts, and making other modifications to the GTFS files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My version of ArcGIS Pro is 3.3.0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
