Descriptions are available in a PDF. I cannot edit the data from AGOL because it's not mine and I want it always to be current. I can build lookup tables, store them in my AGOL account, join those tables to the source data, and THEN publish a web layer.</P><P>Will that web layer automatically update when the agency changes their data? Thus giving me a "live" view of the data with the code descriptions always intact.</P><P>The join works in Pro but not in AGOL.
