      <title>Issue with ArcGIS Pro License?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have ArcGIS Pro licensed through ArcGIS Enterprise, but we are no more able to login to Pro using the URL and Un/Password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Yogesh_Chavan_0-1722334101387.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/111063i43717163FDAC35C4/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Yogesh_Chavan_0-1722334101387.png" alt="Yogesh_Chavan_0-1722334101387.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The License Manager is installed on a different machine and we also have ArcGIS Pro in that machine, &lt;STRONG&gt;which works fine.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;LM is 2024 and Pro is 3.3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts what could be triggering this? Or how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/729377"&gt;@Yogesh_Chavan&lt;/a&gt;, I'm coming back a bit late...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, I would check the solution&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/error-arcgis-pro-failed-to-connect-to-the-license-manag-000025759" target="_self"&gt;this Esri Support article&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;adds since it matches your error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second, (if the previous workaround doesn't solve the issue), I would review &lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/overview-of-named-user-licensing-in-arcgis-enterprise.htm" target="_self"&gt;this Esri documentation&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What in my opinion is relevant to consider from the previous Esri doc is the following: "&lt;SPAN&gt;When a member signs in to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS Pro&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;with their organization username and password,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS Enterprise&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;validates their membership and license assignment in the portal website using the secure HTTPS protocol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS Pro&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;then makes a call to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS License Manager&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to obtain a license. If a license is available,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS Pro&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;starts. In this part of the process,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS Enterprise&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;does not communicate with the license manager."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Therefore, I would make sure ArcGIS Pro can communicate with the License Manager by following &lt;A href="https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/license-manager/latest/configure-the-arcgis-license-manager-to-work-through-a-firewall.htm" target="_self"&gt;this alternative Esri documentation&lt;/A&gt;. (You might also find this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/15385/hardcoding-port-number-in-arcgis-license-manager" target="_self"&gt;GISSE post&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;helpful.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
