It just automatically leaves it blank. When I share this table with ArcGISOnline it shows an * next to the two fields but again, when you add features without populating this field, it still allows it. When I add a feature to the layer, the field gets an empty string. I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0 and the geodatabase is 11.0.0.3.0.
