Graphic Elements Disappearing while Zoom In

I draw lines and boxes in Graphic Elements (Graphic Layer), but the lines and boxes disappear if I change the symbolization or zoom in. I use the lines and boxes to help with Georeferencing. Is this a Bug?

I'm unaware of any specific issue regarding the drawing of graphic layer features. There may be an issue with the cache. Try clearing the cache and see if that solves the issue.
