ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Addin Issues

Hello. I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.0 - running Windows 10. I have downloaded the ArcGIS Solution Deployment Tool. It is an addin. I do as the instructions say (as I've always done w/addins) and double-clicked after I have unzipped the tool. A window pops up that says "Class not registered". Any ideas what I need to do in order to get this working?

Based on the screenshot and the icon next to the esriaddinx file, the Pro install didn't properly associate that extension with the RegisterAddin exe. Could you right-click the esriaddinx file, select open with and then browse to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\RegisterAddIn.exe and select it. This should bring up the install dialog.

Hi Chris,

I know this is a tad bit of an old thread but we are using ArcGIS pro 3.3 for Win11 and are trying to access this exe you referenced but it is isnt found. Is it no longer included with 3.3?
