Soft classification of landsat 8 data

I am trying to perform soft classification on my ArcGIS Pro 3.0. but I have been unable to determine a clear path to doing it.

I can perform the hard classification using the available classifiers on the software. But I have been unable to get the settings that can allow instruct the software on how to assign a pixel to different fractions or percentages of the pre-defined classes.

After checking chatgpt and reading some articles, I tried getting fuzzy memberships of the different classes and overlaying them.

I did this. But I am getting an error when I tried to add the fuzzy overlay tif file as the raster 2 in addiction to the clipped multiband raster gotten from USGS earth explorer from Landsat 8.

I will like to know soft classification methods that work on ArcGIS Pro 3,0.

I will also like to know the steps to perform them.
