    <description>&lt;P&gt;While following an online Esri notebooks training course I have come across the following issue in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. The map widget is just showing a blank box and isn't displaying any data. It isn't even displaying the zoom/compass buttons in the top left corner. I need to use a proxy to access ArcGIS Online through ArcGIS pro, which I have done and is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="SarahGe_0-1718984755915.png" style="width: 679px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/107656i843BFC1DADB4380E/image-dimensions/679x308?v=v2" width="679" height="308" role="button" title="SarahGe_0-1718984755915.png" alt="SarahGe_0-1718984755915.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have managed to run the same code successfully using an ArcGIS Pro 3.3 instance that is running outside my organisational network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="SarahGe_1-1718984911575.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/107657i9751058439F3E2EA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="SarahGe_1-1718984911575.png" alt="SarahGe_1-1718984911575.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am not sure if the problem lies with my organizations IT/network infrastructure or with my instance of ArcGIS Pro 3.2.I can't update my main 3.2 instance to 3.3 at this time. I wonder if anyone has any ideas on how to troubleshoot the problem with the 3.2 instance further.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
