Pop Up Arcade Expression not working

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0 and it is the first time I am trying to use and Arcade expression in a pop up. I started with the text template (seen below) that is provided and from the start it does nothing. Even the preview button in the expression screen is blank. Seems way to basic not to work. Any ideas?

I just tested the text template in Pro 3.3, and it works fine for me. Without more details about the exact workflow/steps you took to testing the expression, I can't offer anything else.

I was able to get it mostly working after restarting the application. The arcade expression does not appear to work on Raster layers from a tif file. Other layer types seem to work now.

Steps I am taking to test are very basic. Enable pop ups, Add text arcade template. For testing I am just toggling the preview for the arcade expression and/or clicking a feature to view the pop up.

The initial time I tried that, it didn't show up in my pop-up either. Try removing it and adding it back again.
