Not sure how you change the coordinate system is the same as the map but how do you change it ?

Usually, at the beginning of the map and at the Content Pane. I can see at the "As Builts" , open that properties and then take look at the each layer's properties and make sure all of them are in the same coordinate system. If one or more of them are not in the same, Copy them to a new map and keep it there..

I did this before but I have not done in 3.3 yet so maybe I hope it is the same as previous version before... Let us know what you found or not.

And One more thing, when you save the geoference as a new file, make sure it is the same coordinate system too.

It has been a while since I lasted use this method...

Hello,

I have 3 images to georeference but they will not display at all in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0. I became frustrated and used Desktop to georeference instead and then bring the images back into Pro. The control points are there, the image is where it should be, and the coordinate system is the same as the map. No transparency is applied to the images and pyramids and statistics are built.

Thanks for help in advance!

I've been able to work around this by clicking 'Reset' in the Georeference pane after saving your georeference changes. Not sure why, but this works as long as you save first, and it keeps the image in correct the georeferenced position.

I'm experiencing georeferncing in 3.3.0 as not working at all. Doesn't matter if I save or save as to a new raster. I can do whatever (CPs, move, autoref) to get it in the right place, but as soon as I click save (or save as) the raster goes right back to its original location. Funny thing is it worked a few weeks ago, exact same version 3.30. Is ArcGIS Pro rot a thing in the same way Windows rot is a thing? Seems like it is the way stuff just stops working for no apparent reason.

Hello everyone, I have the same problem. I do not know why I cannot see my photo after georeferencing and saving it. However, I used another system, and the weird part is that I can see my photo in it, and then I opened my project (not photo). After that, I created an export of my photo and then opened it on my system.

I used a lot of PDF recently and add them to ArcGIS Pro 3.3.6 and it was fine for me... Once I save the control points, I then export to a new TIFF to a known project folder . I add them to my Map View and it overlay correct ... I do not know what you situation was but could you please show the screenshot and it will help us to see the problem......

BTW, When you save the control points, your world file may be saved somewhere in your folder... so if you forgot where they came from then that might be the reason why it disappears.

I think the issue was the pdf program my company uses by default - PDFxchange. You can convert pdfs to jpgs with the program which I believe is the root of the problem. When I use an online converter, I do not have the issue when trying to georeference. I have used png and jpg formats since and have not had issues, so if you are still having a problem, it could be the way the images were processed from the original source.
