topic Add to Dispaly Not Working in ModelBuilder in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hello, I'm attempting to automate a task for coworkers who work with parcel management. They want to be able to click a parcel, see who owns what parcels in a given range and visually see it as well as get an excel file. The trouble I'm having is getting my custom tool to work from the geoprocessing pane. It works perfectly from the ModelBuilder screen. Below is the intended visualization.

This is the geoprocessing pane I intend for them to see:

However, when I start the tool from the geoprocessing pane I receive this:

But the model does generate everything. It just doesn't add it to the display. My model is seen below. The 2 parameters, Export Features and Parce Buffer. have "Add to Display" selected for the buffer and export features, as seen by below:

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone had an answer or a suggestion. I don't have an error message to give and I don't see what could be happening. Again, the question is how do I display the data that is generated from ModelBuilder? I'm happy to give more information if needed!
