Trying to get Hyperlink File open in App in ArcGIS Pro

Does anyone know how to get a file to open straight away in App - Example in Objective software !!

I can get the https://link to work - which opens the File in the App Internet Browser but not in the App itself.

Example - url:objective:// - open straight away in the Objective App in ArcMap but doesn't open in ArcGIS Pro.

Any hint what to make it work in ArcGIS Pro

What is the context? Is the hyperlink in a Pop-Up? A Table View? Within a text element on a layout page?

I want to use the Hyperlink when view in Pop-up or when open in the layer Attribute Table.
