I have regarding project terms and steps of geocoding

Here are the requirements and resources:

There is a delivery company where logicians make routes by hand.

• The logistician monitors the list of orders

• Opens a new order when it appears

• Visually select the nearest courier

• Builds a route for the courier using the button

• Enters route data into the database

• Offers the courier an order

• Goes out, assigns other orders

If the courier did not accept the order on this order, it assigns a new one when it appears in the list

I wanted to ask you what steps geoders usually take in their projects. How do geoders calculate terms and how the terms are different depending on APIs?
