topic Transformation from Cartesian coordinates to GCS in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hi there,

Is it possible to use transformation tool while the feature is not really displayable as it doesn't contain any latitude or longitude information? I have a dataset with tree data but in Cartesian coordinate system, with corners like (0,0), (0,100), (100,100), and (100,0), after using Display XY Data it won't display anything on the map . Now I have another file defining the actual lat and lon for the four corners, how can I use transformation tool in this case?

Thanks!

I'd suggest making features at the four corner points, the using the editing tools Transform features tool to move the other features to the geographic location.

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/transform-a-feature.htm
