ArcPro 3.3 unable to create address point (point address role) locator when data source is from a network share

Hello -

ArcPro 3.3 seems to be unable to create an address point (point address role) locator when data source is from a network share using the Create Locator geocoding tool. My address point layer contains about 300K address points, is projected in Web Mercator.

It's a simple build, in place since 3.0, and I build new locators at each release. No problems through 3.2.x.

Here, when I sourced the data from a file gdb on my local drive, i.e.

(C:\StageDBs\ProdWM.gdb)

the build took place in a little over 6 minutes. When over the network share:

(\\. . .StageDBs\ProdWM.gdb)

the tool is hanging on step 'Processing Point Address role'.

All share and read\write permissions are in place.

Actually, scratch that above. It does work, it just now takes over an hour over the network at the moment:

This still takes around 1hour 15. Still not sure why, but to avoid downtime with my geolocator service, I do the re-build in one directory, stop the geolocator service using the api, then, use an xcopy to overwrite the locator files in my registered location.
