Task Pane to Model Builder ?

Has anyone done export Task to model builder Is it possible to do that ? if so, what is the con or pro for that ? I like what I see but I think it needs to modify a bit and thought of it in Model Builder.

I have a aprx file that came with it to perform to use Data Extract tool to clip from the whole USA to small area .

Honestly, I have not had training for Task yet but will do one day...

only tools from ArcToolbox can be added to modelbuilder.

A clip would probably not be a candidate for a task since it is covered by a single tool and doesn't require any other processing steps.

Ok. I checked it out about Tasks and I can see it is about workflow only...
