How to remove field headings in table frame

I'm using Pro 2.4.2. I've inserted a table frame into a layout. I've turned off the fields that I don't want displayed. I can't figure out how to turn off the field heading row. I can see how to adjust the color and font size, but I want to get rid of the heading row completely, not have an empty row at the top of the table.

Hi Kevin,

There currently is no option to exclude field headings. I'm unaware of any enhancement request to provide this option. Please feel free to add this to https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas.

Had the same problem today, thank you for submitting. I have to wonder, seriously why would you not add the ability to turn off a heading. UGH I'm sure you share my frustration with spending SO MUCH time trying to figure out where to do something that in fact is not even possible. I will add this to suggestions.
