"Error: Failed to Create Environment" error in Python Package Manager in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying some tutorials on Esri Training website about Machine and Deep Learning using ArcGIS Pro v2.4.1. However, as I try to Clone Default the existing Python environment error keeps showing up (kindly see screenshot attached), thus hindering me from installing the needed packages for stated in the Training Course. Can anyone please help me resolve this error? I've been trying to study how ML and DL work in ArcGIS platform, but couldn't proceed with the steps because of this issue. Thank you
