topic feature symbology based on connected record in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hello all, we recently started using arcgis pro (v2.9.5) with utility network v5

One issue Ive been trying to solve is around the symbology of an electric junction subtype - premise. The premise represents the consumer connection to the electrical network (we are an electrical utility).

These premise points have attribute details of the location such as cadastre address but not much else. The main function they serve is connectivity.

Each premise has two connectivity associations. One to another electrical junction so show where in the network they connect, and a second to a meter identifier (NMI) record which is a non-spatial feature containing customer info. the NMI is mastered in our customer db but pushed into arcgis daily.

What I would like to do is specify the premise symbology based on an attribute of the NMI.

Id like to avoid copying attributes if possible. Hopefully Ive included enough detail. tia
