I'm also encountering this issue. I'm new to ArcGIS as well and facing the same problem on my MacBook with Parallels Desktop. The app shuts down after trying to perform spatial analysis tools like cluster analysis. I've tried restarting everything, but no luck so far. If anyone has any solutions or insights, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Hello! I'm new to ArcGIS and I need to compute a spatial analysis in it. I downloaded ArcGIS 3.2.2 on my MacBook using Parallels Desktop, downloaded .NET Desktop Runtime and the app itself is working, I can add and edit shape files etc. However, when I click on the analysis tools and choose the ones I need (cluster analysis, for example), the app is loading for a minute and then it shuts down. I've tried to restart the app, my notebook and the data I'm using, but it doesn't help. What can I do?
