ArcGisPro on Amazon AppStream 2.0 platform does not store Login credentials

Hello everyone
a question a user of mine installed ArcgisPro on Amazon AppStream 2.0 platform the problem encountered is the following at each session you have to enter login credentials the credentials are forgotten and each time you have to login do you have any suggestions on the problem

Did the user "Enable Home Folders" so that their AppStream 2.0 sessions will use persistent storage for their home directory? (See page 27 in the Amazon AppStream 2.0: Esri ArcGIS Pro Deployment Guide.)
