topic Adding a connection to a directory/server? in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hi, I am trying to load the satellite altimeter data available on this website (https://topex.ucsd.edu/WWW_html/mar_topo.html) to load onto ArcGIS Pro.

On the link for gridded topography data for 1 minute, I am taken to this server/directory page that contains the directory and products for gridded topography at 1 minute. I do not want to go through and download the data, but instead connect to this page through arcgis pro. How do I go about doing that? It is not an arcgis server so I cannot give it the https:// link.

Sorry if this is a really basic question
