Need a tool to run one layer vs against another layer ?

Hello,

I do have a question for you out there that worked on it before. So my question is that I have two layers of the same feature class. One of them is PBS(Primary Base Series) layer and the other Layer is from GNIS... So both look the same but I wanted to run and check which one does not there and the other is there.

Which tool should I use to run this ?
