Hi all,

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.2 version.

I need to use the tool "Export Training Data for Deep Learning" tool for a deep learning job. The problem is an image segmentation problem and so far I have prepared the initial dataset in ArcGIS Pro. So far, I have a Mosaic dataset that I created by combining multiple MrSID images. For the deep learning model, I intend to use this at the input as these are unsegmented. For the output, I have prepared a corresponding, segmented .tif image in which all the pixels are either 0 or 1 where pixel value 0 belongs to all non-objects and pixel value 1 belongs to the objects of interest.

Now, instead of using the Export Training Data for Deep Learning tool for the entire image, I want to use tis tool only on regions that have higher density of objects. I am not able to figure out how do I use this tool only on a specific region. From visual inspection, I know the region I want to extract the data from but I don't know how to do it.

Any tips?

Thanks
