Upgrading it in the package manager didn't work. Running the command in the Python command prompt didn't work. Tried deleting problematic clone. Updated and refreshed packages and still got error. It's using the default which is arcgispro-py3. Will try again later tomorrow

Hello,

I used the Project tab to update my Pro version but I'm getting an error now when running cells in the Python

notebook. It was working before with 3.1. Anyone else have this issue? I tried restarting and unintalling and re-installing pywin32 via another thread. Screenshot below
