topic raster export in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I am working in arcgis pro 3.1.2 trying to export some raster data to a tif format so that I can use it in a multinom prediction in R. When I go to export some of my raster files, it distorts the data and makes the file completely black (e.g. all one number) when it is not rendered or clipped. But when I do clip to extent and use rendering it still distorts the data to not reflect the data actually in the raster file in R.

Specifically it is doing this with my downloaded bioclim data. Not sure if that has something to do with it.

I want to be able to export the raster data to tiff format to use in my analysis, is there something I am doing wrong?

Hello, I think this is a bug. I've been using arcgis pro for years exporting rasters as a .tiff and for some reason about 6 months ago, it began only allowing me to export as GRID format. This reduces the 32 bit float rasters to 8 bit and loses all elevation data. I've tried reverting to older versions of ArcGIS pro with no luck. I've just been using QGIS instead. Kind of a bummer.
