Jupyter Notebook and/or ArcGIS Pro Notebook crashed

I encountered an issue where both Jupyter Notebook and ArcGIS Pro Notebook crashed after I attempted to install some packages in Jupyter Notebook. Subsequently, neither notebook application would open in any browser. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I uninstalled ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and installed version 3.2, but the problem persists. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@DineshShrestha2, if you have any other (3rd party) python installation including spyder, anaconda etc., uninstall it.

try out the following steps-

Close ArcGIS Pro
Rename the following 'conda' folders to 'conda_old' -
C:/users/<username>/appdata>Local>conda
C:/users/<username>/appdata>Local>Esri/conda
Open ArcGIS Pro >> Package Manager >> Ensure default python environment is set.

Also, does the issue happen with only existing notebooks or new notebooks as well?

I do not have Spyder or anaconda etc.

I followed the instructions--still same issue.
