Create List of values from field in Model Builder

For context I am trying to add the model tool from the second part of this blog to my model: Generating a Choice List from a Field (esri.com)

What my model does is allow a user to enter an email and a Site ID manually and the model selects all the features within that Site ID and emails the shape file to the nominated email. I am trying to add a pick list for the Site ID generated from a polygon that has all the unique values in a field.

The issue I am facing is that the model is pulling one value from the field but not generating a list of all the values.

I've customised the tool according to the blog and updated:

Input Feature Class to my Work Area polygon,

Field = 'Site ID' and

Value, which I assumed is what should be a list of all the values in the Site ID field from the input polygon

When I open the Value variable as you can see there is only one value

Any advice on where I am going wrong?
