      <description>&lt;P&gt;you can use the Identity tool to do this. Run it with both layers, then look for occurrences in the result that meet your criteria (for instance, where the result polygon have values for both layer A and B.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/analysis/union.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Identity Tool Help&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit: corrected tool recommended from Union to Identity. sorry for the confusion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
