    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any luck here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm attempting to activate my new license (student license) and I'm receiving the same error when I click on the link in the email to activate the license. In step 1, it instructs to click the activation link, which opens a new window in browser and displays this error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Failed to Activate Subscription - Internal Error Occured</title>

      <description>&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;I just subscribed to a personal ArcGIS plan and am trying to activate it. Looks like it returns me with a "&lt;SPAN&gt;Internal error occurred - 1000" for some reason. Previously, another user had &lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/help-failing-to-activate-subscription/td-p/1338042" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;asked this&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;a few months ago, but looks like they didn't eventually come up with a solution. So here I am; please help me with this issue.
