Disperse Markers tool not working on most current version

Good Afternoon.

After attempting to get the Disperse Markers tool to function for the past 2 hours, we have not been able to breach any ground on getting our dumpster points to disperse properly. Anyone have any clues what's going on?

One thing I see immediately is you're using one selected record for the Disperse Markers GP tool. I would move the slider for "Use the selected records" to the off position, clear selected records, and then run the tool again. Does it run properly or still throw errors?

I've also been attempting to run the Disperse Markers tool today and I'm getting no observable result. If I set my reference scale and fill out all the tool parameters it runs and completes, but I don't notice any change to the location of my points.

Anyone else figure this out lately?

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1

This happens occasionally to me, it works multiple times one day, then doesn't the next for no apparent reason (although I am sure there is a hidden/un-noticeable buggy reason.) Came here for answers today and randomly stumbled upon something that worked for me.

How I get it to work is to click on the Edit tab and then click on "discard edits" then retry. This might hurt if you have made other numerous edits prior, so you might want to instead "Save edits" and try again.
