I need to open a project from ArcGIS Online called "visualize temporal data v310". To do this, I am going to open -> open another project, then selecting "ArcGIS Online" and in the top right, I search for the name of the project. I find this project, but when I attempt to open it, it gives me the error "Failed to open project https://arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/183de1cf810f4462bed7735b6ebebdaa"

What I've tried:

- Restarting ArcGIS Pro, signing out and back in.

- Checked network. Everything else seems to be working fine.

- I did open this project successfully on a different computer yesterday, I don't know if this could have any effect.

I greatly appreciate any assistance. Version is ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0

I was able to open it on my other computer so I was able to complete the tutorial. Would still be interested to know what might cause this, it only fails to load on my personal computer and I haven't had any issues with it in the past. It's Windows 10 / ArcGISPro 3.2.0

Two basic questions I can think of: do the two computers use the same version of Pro, and are you using the same sign in credentials on both computers?
