topic 3D circle in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hello
I'm using Arcgis Pro 2,9,5 and I need to rotate a circle in 3d, like a frisbee in mid-flight, this one is not flat, it is tilted.
I would like to reproduce this.
Can you tell me if this is possible and how to do it, even if for this I had to use a specific module.

Thanks in advance
