Hello all need some urgent help here, trying to publish a web vector tile map but error "map dos not contain a required layer type for web vector tile layer", am using the world navigation layer.

My end goal is to create a package i can share as a base-map for integration with tableau and other geo-events application

Were you following this link and then this link where does your workflow differ?

BTW, you have this posted as a discussion, which implies you don't have a question, so these tend to garner less attention than questions, and given the 'urgent' in your first line, you might want to keep this in mind when posting

hey Dan thanks for the response, am following the option of allowing arcgis onlin to create the tiles from my map (web layer) created in arcgis pro, the option of creating the tile package before publishing failed me as i see the tool is disabled (must have run a tool successfully..to have it enabled).

based on the options below

Publish hosted tile layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
