ModelBuilder Failed to Create New Model

Hello,

I am trying to use ModelBuilder in Arc GIS Pro. I have used it successfully in times past, however, it is now failing. Whenever I click ModelBuilder on any project, I get the message found below "Failed to create new model". Any suggestions of what might be the issue?

I get this with ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and project stored on a mapped network drive. I get the same error when trying to create a new toolbox (.atbx). I can however create new python toolbox (.pyt).

If work from a project on C: drive I can create all 3 - atbx, pyt, and model.

Adding a C: folder to the network project and creating inside that is not a workaround.
