    <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually just tried that this morning, but went with the full uninstall&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="Perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of ArcGIS Pro" href="https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-perform-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-of-arcgi-000030419" target="_self"&gt;Perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of ArcGIS Pro&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; Sadly no luck.&amp;nbsp; Later today I am going to try uninstalling and reinstalling dot net for desktop.&amp;nbsp; I am currently running the latest 6.0.26.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arcgis Pro 3.2 unable to open CSV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since upgrading to 3.X I can not open CSV files.&amp;nbsp; I get the following error: Failed to open table. Error creating map member.&amp;nbsp; I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pro but that did not fix the problem.&amp;nbsp; I have upgraded to the most recent version and that has not fixed the issue.&amp;nbsp; My machine has the 64 bit office suit.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas. This is unique to my machine.&amp;nbsp; No one else in our company is having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is a typical CSV file.&amp;nbsp; The issues is not with the CSV files.&amp;nbsp; I can open the same ones on a different machine.&amp;nbsp; The issues is with just my machine.&amp;nbsp; I have no problems with xls or xlsx files, just csv files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This link provides the steps to reset your Pro profile... don't let the the title throw you off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/problem-arcgis-pro-freezes-on-the-initializing-screen-b-000020558" target="_blank"&gt;Problem: ArcGIS pro Freezes on the Initializing Screen before the Sign in Dialog Box Displ (esri.com)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;under&amp;nbsp;Solution or Workaround, try steps 3 and onward if you don't want to do a full uninstall/reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sometimes steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 Navigate to C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\ESRI and delete the ArcGISPro folder and any other ArcGIS Pro folders.&lt;BR /&gt;5 Navigate to C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\ESRI and delete the ArcGISPro folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are all that is needed.&amp;nbsp; NOTE&amp;nbsp; you can use "rename" rather that "delete" if you want the ability to recover what was already there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Short of any of that working, machine specific issues might be a Tech Support call since they will probably have encountered more situations than the average user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
