      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to convert/transfer feature class anno into map graphics text? In ArcMap annotation could be copied into a map anno layer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I did not and had to manually re-create all the anno as graphics. Sorry to hear this is still an issue almost 2 years later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
