    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the underlying data vector data?&amp;nbsp; If so, use snapping and tracing when you are editing the data. You might also want to look into setting up topology if you are able.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are working with an ESRI basemap, there are a number of projection and rendering settings that could cause the issue but I don't have a solution for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Lock Polygon when zooming out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.
