      <description>&lt;P&gt;According to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/arcgis-pro-system-requirements.htm" target="_blank"&gt;ArcGIS Pro 3.2 system requirements—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Software Minimum requirement&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft .NET&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0.5 or a later patch release (6.0.6 and so on), using a Windows x64 installer, is required. The presence of Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 7 or later is inconsequentia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In addition to what Dan's mentioned above, whenever I see general wonkiness like this, I rename the ESRI folders in my C:\users\user_profile\appdata\local and&amp;nbsp;:\users\user_profile\appdata\roaming to ESRI_OLD.&amp;nbsp; This is a soft reset of the ArcGIS Pro application and tends to fix many "strange" errors and crashes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
