ArcGIS Pro Crashing Repeatedly

This issue is similar to one previously reported with version 2.8 but is reappearing in 3.2.0 after recent Windows update. When working with layer symbology, Pro crashes. Installed updated .NET (4.8) and it seems to have corrected itself.

In addition to what Dan's mentioned above, whenever I see general wonkiness like this, I rename the ESRI folders in my C:\users\user_profile\appdata\local and :\users\user_profile\appdata\roaming to ESRI_OLD. This is a soft reset of the ArcGIS Pro application and tends to fix many "strange" errors and crashes.
