Hi,

I am experiencing a very similar symptom after upgrading to 3.1 and haven't made any progress in resolving so far. Was your issue ever resolved?

Hello,

"When attempting to use a Python script in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or ArcGIS Pro 3.1, I initially encounter an error indicating the failure to clone the arcgispro-py3 environment, as shown in the screenshot. Subsequently, when I try to insert a Notebook in ArcGIS Pro 3.1, I encounter the same error. After this error occurs, the program crashes and exits. None of these errors were present in ArcGIS Pro 2.9. (Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit)."
