Modify Annotation Symbol IDs in A Symbol Collection

Hello,

I'm working with some Annotation Feature Classes using ArcGIS Pro 3.1. I want to edit Symbol IDs in a symbol collection, by editing "Annotation Feature Class Properties". However, so far I can't find any methods to approach this.

For example, as the following screenshot shows, I have three symbols, whose symbol IDs are from 1 to 3. Now I just want their symbol IDs from 0 to 2. I've tried creating new symbols or deleting the old ones, but it doesn't work. Also I can't find somewhere to modify them.
