So I am wondering what I am missing. I am working on a python notebook and pulling in a layer from AGOL.&nbsp;</P><P>I keep getting this error: that is attached in photos.</P><P><SPAN><SPAN class="">I have also broken this down as well by url with password and user name. Still get this error. It worked for 5 minutes then it stopped again. What could be causing this issue and how can I mitigate this from happening.
