Grade Features - Tin Toolset

Anyone know if there are ArcGIS Pro alternatives to the Grade Features toolset in ArcMap? It's the only way I can see how to make graded slopes, as I can't find alterative surface tools in Pro.

There is an enhancement request - ENH000135536 - "Add the Grade from Centerline tin editing to tool to ArcGIS Pro." It's in the Product Plan but I do not know when it will be added to ArcGIS Pro.

@Robert_LeClair out of interest, is there a way of accessing the enhancement database if you're not an ESRI employee?
