    <description>&lt;P&gt;I apologize if this exists elsewhere. I was wondering if there is any spatial analysis tool/best practice for random apportioning of a point that falls on the border of multiple polygons. I am mapping frequency of an event based on spatial relationship with block groups and many of my data points use intersections as a location. Being the intersections often fall at the border between block groups, I need to assign these points somehow to a single block group in order to run the appropriate analysis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
