    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;ArcGIS Pro won't open for the first time after downloading. I've tried rebooting, un-installing/re-installing, and running the test to ensure my machine is sufficient. I'll click the icon to open the program and the initializing screen (attached below) will show indefinitely.&amp;nbsp; Anybody had this problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
