Dear Community,

I am trying to perform a spatiotemporal analysis using the "Emerging Hotspot Analysis". From what I have read so far, to use this tool, I need to convert my data to space-time bin NetCDF type using the Space Time Cube tool. Having done this, I've got a confusion somewhere.

When converting data using Space Time Cube, this tool performs a time series test independent bin using the Mann-Kendall trend test. However, the same test can be found in the "Emerging Hotspot Analysis" tool. Is this not contradicting? It's like performing the same test over the result of a previous test. Can someone please clarify this? I am using it for my MSc dissertation.

Regards.

Khalid
