LABELS MOVE WHEN ZOOMING IN LAYOUT VIEW ON 3.1

I have recently upgraded from pro 2.9.5 to 3.1.

In 3.1, when zooming in and out of the layout view, the labels move, this is extremely frustrating. Everything, including labels, were locked in the layout view on 2.9.5.

Is there any way to stop the labels from moving in layout view on 3.1?

Hi,

Have you tried setting a reference scale for the Map Frame? Maybe, there is a variable somewhere to change the behavior to previous versions. Take a look under options.

It absolutely horrible hey. This LOCK button has seemed to have worked for me.
