Nearmap Server - Exporting to PDF

I am currently working on a map exhibit and I am using the Nearmap Simple WMS for my background imagery. I am trying to PDF this exhibit at a high resolution with a high DPI, but when I turn the DPI up, the Nearmap background imagery does not show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

you will have to create a ticket with Nearmap

Nearmap has good technical documents and support available on their help center website. One that deals with this issue is: https://help.nearmap.com/kb/articles/277-arcmap-printing-nearmap-wms-imagery-to-pdf.

is Nearmap being accessed internally or publicly?

As with all imagery, if you are exporting at a higher resolution than the imagery supports, it will not export. Dial your DPIs back until the imagery exports.
